RELEASE TOUR: Faking Ms Right by Claire Kingsley

How do you feel about a little love and laughter? Well, I have the perfect book for you!

Faking Ms. Right by Claire Kingsley is the PERFECT rom-com for this year. Shepard and Everly are the funniest, sweetest, swooniest characters. And they'll have you falling head over heels for them.

Blurb:
“When I kissed you last night, I wasn’t pretending.”

Everly Dalton is a walking, talking, martini-drinking dating disaster. Forget kissing frogs. She can’t even get past the first date. But at work, she’s a badass—the longest-running assistant billionaire Shepherd Calloway has ever had. Her coworkers wonder how she handles the big bad wolf—and never gets bit.

Shepherd Calloway isn’t interested in being anyone’s sugar daddy. Tired of women who only want him for his money, he swears off dating, determined to focus on running his empire. Until his gold-digging ex hits him where it hurts, putting him in a difficult position.

His solution—to have Everly pose as his live-in girlfriend—is obviously crazy. But the timing is uncanny. It just so happens Everly needs a favor from her boss—a big and awkward one—and this could ensure everyone gets what they want.

Besides, Everly can totally survive a few months of faux romance.

Except there’s a problem. Shepherd is supposed to be a single-minded, unemotional robot boss. Not an actual human with a heart and morning wood. Between the awkward bed-sharing and tingly fake dates, lines are blurring. And as Everly gets to know the real Shepherd, she discovers there’s more to the man behind the bank account.

And faking it gets all too real.

FIVE STAR REVIEW:
I haven't met a Claire Kingsley book I didn't like. Faking Ms Right may just be my top favorite though! Shepard Calloway and Everly Dalton are the *cutest* couple. Wait--no, fake couple. The cutest FAKE couple.

Until it isn't fake.

Watching these two fall for each other, watching Shepard realize he isn't emotionless, seeing these two come together?! It's just the swooniest, lightest, most fun books ever.

And that first kiss? Holy moly, fellow readers, be ready. It's a doozy.

If you don't love Everly and Shepard, I'm not sure what's wrong with you. These two are amazing! Excellent book, excellent chemistry, excellent characters.

4-STAR Review:

I always like a little backstory with my big story and that is just what Julia Kent provides with Little Miss Perfect. This is the prequel to Fluffy.

And it is so much fun and full of hilarity and that awkward high-schoolness and first crushes. If you've read Fluffy or if you're thinking about it, grab this too--it's worth it!

Review: Trigger

Trigger Trigger by M. Piper
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

It's dirty. It's hot. It's dark. It's a...second chance?

Yep, it's the exact opposite of everything you think of when you hear second-chance romance, but OMG it is sooooooo good. It's the dark and twisty kind of good. It's the dirty and kinky kind of good.

Trigger is not what you expect--he's more. He's rough and tough and inked and all sorts of sexy.

You want this book. Trust me. You really, really want this book.

Review: Voyeur

Voyeur Voyeur by Fiona Cole
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I do love a student-teacher romance. It's the older man/younger woman thing. The idea that an older man would want a younger woman. The fact that it's totally taboo and forbidden and everyone has an opinion.

That being said, Voyeur doesn't just tap the student teacher boundary. It reaches into the depths and hints at trauma and desperation and the need to feel.

Voyeur is a bit angsty, a bit dirty, and a book you shouldn't miss.

This is my first Fiona Cole. It is not my last.

And whoever came up with the Romance Package on Audible was a genius. I am meeting so many new-to-me authors and falling in love with books and characters and stories I would never have the time to read.

The narrators did a great job. I will be looking for more books narrated by either person.

Review: RUIN

RUIN RUIN by Piper Frost
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I have such a fucking weak spot for the Kenshaw Ranch series. I don't even know why! Cowboys are totally not my thing. I like them without the accent, yet here we are. Me falling head over heels for another Kenshaw book.

Fenton Sterling.

You guys aren't ready for the level of sweet and sexy he's about to bring to the table. And little Paige Kenshaw won't be able to resist him.

Review: REVENGE

REVENGE REVENGE by Piper Frost
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

If you want a tattooed bad boy who is barely legal, then Sutton Sterling is for you. And let me tell you they did not make 19 year olds like this when I was in school. Or just out of school.

Sutton is the bad boy I wanted and pairing him with Leena was just perfect.

I was so happy to revisit the Ranch and to revisit old friends. There's nothing quite like "seeing" all those crazy boys from the earlier Kenshaw books.

Review: Undeniable

Undeniable Undeniable by Melanie Harlow
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

It's not a surprise that I love this book. Melanie Harlow hasn't written a book I didn't like. Her characters are real and flawed. Her women are strong and fiesty. Her men are smart and swoony.

Chloe and Oliver are no exception to Ms Harlow's writing style. They are fun and flirty. They are sexy. They are the friends to lovers story that you will want to read over and over again because it makes you feel happy.

You'll laugh, you'll swoon. You'll want to hug them and you'll want to smack them.

It's gonna be hard to resist these two. And you'll undeniably love them.

Review: Hard Pressed

Hard Pressed Hard Pressed by Kate Canterbary
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Jackson. *swoon*

Yeah, Jackson is the town sheriff. He's relatively new to town, which is to say he wasn't born and raised there so the town still views him as an outsider.

Annette, sweet, sweet Annette, who just never saw Jackson coming.

These two are explosive in all the good ways. There is chemistry, there is tension and build-up and lust. There are feelings. There are worries and fear and the unknown.

But that just means it's right, right?!

I absolutely loved this installment in this series. I loved the narrators and the characters and the town. I just couldn't get enough of it. If you're looking for a small town romance, this is your jam. And pastry.
